Inc. is non-profit organization based in Northern
Virginia that aims to foster the development of culturally
diverse high technology companies through project collaboration,
resource sharing and community service.

of both innovative start-ups and highly talented technology
professionals, ConsICE offers a wide array of services
ranging from web and software development to marketing
and human resource solutions. Against this backdrop,
