Thomas
offers a deep blend of management, strategy and operational
experience ranging from the traditional and new media
industries to the public and non-profit sectors. As
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Silver
Method, LLC, he not only frames the vision and
strategic direction of the interactive media and software
development firm, he also constitutes its core design
and execution backbone, bringing his full gamut of
capabilities into each client engagement.
Prior
to founding Silver Method, Thomas was Co-Founder and
Director of Business Development and Operations for
Red Viking, Inc., an online vertical content and commerce
portal targeting early adopters of high technology
consumer electronics. At Red Viking, Thomas assembled
the management team, initiated business relationships,
and developed the company's marketing and strategy
plans.
Outside
the realm of the Internet, Thomas also gained valuable
professional experience from public sector stints
in both the legislative and executive branches of
government, culminating at the White House working
for President Clinton's Office of the United States
Trade Representative. As for his non-profit sector
commitments, Thomas is on the Board of Directors of
the Mirae Foundation, Inc., the parent organization
to the largest ethnic collegiate student conference
in North America.
Thomas holds a B.A. with honors from The Johns Hopkins
University where he majored in International Relations
and an M.S. from Georgetown University's School of
Foreign Service where he concentrated in U.S. Foreign
Policy and Diplomacy. He resides in Fairfax, Virginia
with his wife, Nancy, a Corporate Litigation Attorney
for Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue.
